(not elsewhere classified)          *접수 가능한 CAP : 총 5000개, 각 직종별 각 300개로 축소        *새로운 신청 조건 중 적어도 하나는 해당되어야 신청가능 - 24개 직종에 해당하는 직종에서 최소한 연속 1년 이상의 경력- Qualifying Offer of Arranged Employment 소유- PhD stream 신청 가능한 대상 *언어 능력 : 이민 신청 시 성적표를 함께 제출-영어 : IELTS-General training test에서 시험의 네 영역 모두 최소한 6.0 이상 -불어 : TEF READING 206, Listening 248, speaking 과 writing에서 309 점 이상 *캐나다고용Arranged Employment그 동안은Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO)으로AE 대상자로 전문인력이민 신청이 가능했으나, 5월 4일부터 이러한 AE는 인정되지 않고, 대부분의 Offers of Arranged Employment는 Labour Market Opinion (LMO)를 준비해야 함.*학력인증 Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)2013년 5월 4일부터 학력인증제도가 시작되어 전문인력이민 신청 예정자는 아래 지정된 곳  가운데 하나의 기관을 통해 학력인증 신청,2013년 4월 현재, 이민 신청 목적의 학력인증 기관으로 지정된 4개의 기관-Comparative Education Service: University of Toronto School of  Continuing Studies,-International Credential Assessment Service of Canada,-World Education Services,-Medical Council of Canada.위 기관 가운데, Medical Council of Canada는 NOC code 3111(specialist physician) 또는 NOC code 3112 (general practitioner/family physician) 신청자들의 학력인증을 위해 지정된 기관으로 이번 5월 4일부터 시행되는 24개 직업 리스트에는 NOC code 3111 이나 3112 가 포함되어 있지 않았고, PhD stream 이나 Qualifying Job Offer대상자인 경우 필요.학력인증을 원하는 신청자들은 필요한 서류, 수속기간, 비용등에 관한 정보를 위해 각각의 기관에 직접 연락을 해야 함.캐나다 이민국은 2013년 4월 17일 이후 발급된 학력인증보고서만을 인정할 것이고이민 신청 목적의 ECA report (학력인증보고서)는 발급일로부터 5년간 유효함. *캐나다 이민국은 2013년 5월 4일 이전에 신청서들을 업데이트 후 새로운 신청서 양식으로 접수해야 합니다.
